CrunchyPDF is a small project, and we like hearing from the people who use it. Whether something broke, you have an idea for a new tool, or you just want to tell us the retro design made you smile — get in touch.

The fastest way to reach us is email. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours.

What to include

To help us help you faster, please include as much of the following as applies:

• For a bug report: which tool you were using (Compress, Merge, Split, Image → PDF, or PDF → Image), your browser and version, your device/OS, and what happened versus what you expected. Please do not attach the problem file unless you're comfortable sharing it — remember, we never see your files automatically.
• For a feature request: what you're trying to accomplish and how the feature would help.
• For general feedback: anything you like! Praise, criticism, and ideas are all welcome.
